Philanthropic Engagements

MOTE Marine Laboratory- Citizen Scientist

May 2024 – Current

  • Monitor and report daily beach conditions as part of MOTE Marine Laboratory’s Beach

  • Conditions Reporting System.

  • Contribute to citizen science efforts by collecting and submitting data on water quality,

  • marine life, and human activity.

  • Help inform the public and researchers about real-time coastal environmental changes.

Independent Volunteer- Community Outreach

August 2023 – Current

  • Create and distribute care bags containing food, water, and hygiene products directly to

    individuals experiencing homelessness.

  • Engage personally with community members to provide resources and build trust.

SWAG Family Resource Center- Volunteer

August 2023 – March 2024

  • Oversaw community garden, supported food pantry operations, and led fundraising

  • initiatives.

Kids Count in Alachua County-
Fundraiser

February 2022 - April 2022

  • Raised over $7,000 during the Amazing Give initiative.

  • Assisted in grant applications.

  • Created content such as social media posts, videos, and emails to previous and prospective donors, and made merchandise as incentives for donations.

Girls on the Run-
Running Buddy

 January 2022 - April 2022

  • Supported the mission of Girls on the Run by serving as a "running buddy" for a 3rd-grade girl participating.

  • Participated in the annual 5K event and reinforced the mission of Girls on the Run. 

Humane Society of North Central Florida-
Volunteer

August 2017 - July 2019

  • Participated in trap-neuter-release (TNR) programs for community cats.

  • Trained and socialized animals to improve adoption outcomes.
